This jam is more pepper-forward so it lends itself more to savory applications with a beautiful medium heat. Amazing on fish tacos, turkey wraps, as a glaze on baked ham and grilled pork or chicken or adorning your charcuterie board for a unique flavor. With some cream cheese on a bagel would be pretty awesome too! Just don't put it on your pizza LOL. Well, you can but just don't tell us ;-)
